Ciao Bella is beautiful
Ciao Bella Salon, owned by stylist and make up artist Rose Santini,
left, opened downtown recently at 17100 Monterey Road at East Fifth
Street. The gray Victorian building also houses offices of a plastic
surgeon and a skin care business making for one-stop beauty spot,
Santini said. Helping Santini is Alicia Juarez, a stylist and Redken
educator. Ciao Bella offers Hollywood Trend accessories, cosmetics,
styling products, make-up classes for all ages. Ciao Bella, Santini
says, means “hello beautiful” or “beautiful girl” in Italian and suits
a decor which is old world Tuscan, eclectic and chic, Santini said.
